New Fortress helps 320 get back to school

New Fortress Energy, the company which is partnering with the Jamaica Public Service for the provision of natural gas, last week hosted its inaugural back-to-school treat for children living in Portland Bight, Halse Hall, and Cornpiece in Clarendon.
A total of $3.2 million was earmarked for the communities' educational support event, with 180 vouchers valued at $6,000 each handed out for the disbursement of books, uniforms, school bags, hardcover exercise books, folders, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, rulers, geometry set, colouring books, crayons, pencil cases, primary and basic textbooks.
